How this website works?

Here are the simple steps towards finding the missing warranty paper for your watch, or listing a warranty paper in your possession.

A. Looking for the Warranty Paper for a watch you own:

• Sign up as a new user on PaperFinder.net if you have not sign up before.
• Get ready your watch brand and serial number information
• Input watch information, and search
• If a matching warranty paper cannot be found, you are encourage to click on the “Notify Me” button to be alerted over email and/or text message should the warranty paper be listed by a user at a later date.
• At times, there may be multiple listing in your search result. This could be due to duplicate entries due to erroneous input by sellers. Read through the details and choose the correct listing from the search results.
• We currently do not allow buyers and sellers to transact directly on PaperFinder.net. We provide the convenience of allowing you to find a matching seller for the paper you are looking for, whilst maintaining the privacy of the watch information, buyers, and sellers. Once a search matches a warranty paper that is listed, you can then make payment for a small admin fee to get in touch with the seller via our private messaging system.
• Negotiate the buying price for the warranty paper and delivery options with the user who listed the warranty paper/ certificate

B. Listing a Warranty Paper you have for sale:

• Sign up as a new user if you have not sign up before.
• Input watch information (brand, serial number, detailed description, indicative price)
• Upload photos (at least the front & back of the certificate, and any additional photo for detail illustration).
• List the warranty paper. You will receive email and/or text message notification when your paper is successfully listed on PaperFinder.net/
• You will be notified when someone search for a serial number matching your warranty paper, and paid to get in touch. The notifications will be via PaperFinder’s email and/or text messages.
• Negotiate selling price and delivery options with buyer via our platform’s private messaging.
• Post certificate to buyer
• Transfer ownership of the warranty paper to the new buyer once the entire transaction is completed.
